Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and receive clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage front desk operations, including handling calls and directing inquiries appropriately
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain schedules
• Undertake administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times
• Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and internal teams
• Extend support to other departments as required for the smooth functioning of daily operations

Requirements:

• A minimum of 34 years of relevant experience in a front office or receptionist role
• Preferably from a BFSI or Financial Services background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate sector will also be considered favourably
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
