Job Description
We are looking for a Female Front Desk Receptionist with good communication and computer skills to manage reception and patient-related activities at our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend patients at the reception and provide information regarding hospital procedures and services.
- Create and maintain patient IDs and registration records.
- Fill registration forms for new patients.
- Maintain indoor patient records and registers.
- Attend patient calls and enquiry calls and update the dashboard regularly.
- Schedule appointments for outpatient patients.
- Prepare final bills for admitted patients.
- Maintain recoverable/payment records of indoor patients.
- Maintain daily patient timelines and records.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information and records.
- Maintain cash records for outdoor and indoor patients.
- Maintain sending and receiving document registers.
- Upload outdoor patient lab payment records on the dashboard.
- Maintain daily day-book entries and registers.
- Attend visitors and forward their messages to senior management.
- Provide feedback forms to outpatient patients.
- Follow up regarding pending payments.
- Ensure a high level of patient and guest satisfaction.
- Perform duties on a rotational basis, including pre-assessment duties as required.
