Job Profile - FRONT DESK & CONTENT CREATOR

ZICA ZIMA Ludhiana is looking for a confident, presentable and creative professional to join our team as a Front Desk & Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk

• Welcome and assist students, parents and visitors professionally.
• Handle front-desk enquiries and provide information about courses and admissions.
• Communicate with prospective students through calls, messages and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate with the academic and management teams for student-related requirements.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Appear confidently in videos, reels and promotional content.
• Develop creative ideas for institute promotions, courses, events and student activities.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for regular content planning and execution.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent and confident communication skills.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in front of the camera.
