Role: Front Desk Manager – HNI Customer Segment
We are looking for dynamic, confident and result-oriented professionals who can effectively handle HNI customers, manage premium leads and drive conversions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent English communication & fluency is mandatory
- Strong convincing, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to convert leads into business
- Excellent HNI / premium customer relationship management
- Strong commercial understanding and sales orientation
- Confident personality with a professional and polished approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and target orientation
- Candidates with experience in HNI / Premium Sales, Luxury, Real Estate, Financial Services, Banking, Automobiles, Hospitality, Healthcare & Wellness will be preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and build strong relationships with HNI customers
- Manage and follow up on company-generated premium leads
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Drive the complete sales cycle from Lead Consultation Follow-up Conversion Closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve individual Sales KPIs & Revenue Targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with premium clientele
