Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive Front Desk Executive to manage day-to-day front office activities and provide end-to-end travel support for our tour personnel. The role involves booking cost-effective flight tickets, arranging visas and travel documents, and coordinating tour logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Travel & Tour Support

• Book domestic and international flight tickets by comparing airlines, routes, timings, and fares to select the most feasible and cost-effective option.
• Track fare trends, use airline/OTA/corporate portals, and book early to optimize costs.
• Manage ticket changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
• Arrange visas for tour personnel: guide on requirements, collect and verify documents, fill applications, book appointments, and follow up with embassies, consulates, or visa agents.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, airport transfers, local transport, and travel insurance as needed.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and share travel documents (tickets, visas, vouchers) with travellers in advance.
• Maintain a database of passport details, visa validity, and travel history of all tour personnel, and alert for upcoming expiries.
• Keep track of travel budgets and prepare cost reports and comparisons.
• Provide support to travellers during emergencies, delays, or disruptions.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and vendors to negotiate better rates.
