Front Desk Executive (Afternoon Shift)

Exp Required :- 1 years to 4 years.

Job Type :- Subcontractor .

Timing :- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes.
• Inform the concerned employee about visitor arrivals.
• Ensure all visitors comply with company security and access procedures
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries. Maintain records of courier dispatches and receipts..
• Assist employees with general administrative requests.
• Arrange refreshments for meetings and visitors, where applicable.
• Monitor office supplies for the reception area and raise replenishment requests.
• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and maintaining administrative records.
• Coordinate with HR for day-to-day operational requirements.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Support business continuity during emergencies by following established procedures
