Role & responsibilities

• Handling ROC compliances and incorporations, convergence, annual returns, and company incorporation procedures.
• Filing of various annual and event-based forms under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Handling: incorporations, changes in capital, directors, KMP, charge creation, CSR-related filings.
• Preparing and filing XBRL forms.
• Conducting legal and secretarial due diligence for investors, acquirers and lenders
• Follow-up on hearings, orders and post-order compliances
• Handling board / committee meetings, quarterly and event-based disclosures & investor grievances.
• Coordinating with clients and ensuring timely compliance. Post-approval implementation and compliances.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from Kolkata will be highly preferred.
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in CS Professional and Commerce.
• Experience in ROC filings and compliance, preferably in CA/CS firms.
• In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations and NCLT procedures.
• Strong understanding of ROC/MCA compliance procedures.
• Good drafting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions independently
• Client-facing experience and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
