Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the BFSI industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell/up-sell life insurance products to existing customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing revenue streams.

Job Requirements :

• 0-12 years of experience in broking, business development, client acquisition, cross selling, upselling, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of finance, NBFC, insurance (life), marketing principles.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
