Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for US-based IT requirements.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Work on various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the US night shift.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Freshers with a strong interest in US Staffing are welcome.
