Health Admin Services Representative position an overview of the role and its key responsibilities:

Role Overview

• Work Location: Airoli , Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Work Model & Shift: Work From Office (WFO) | 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night/Rotational Shift)
• Target Profile: Entry-level / Freshers (BCom/BBA/BA)
• CTC - 21100 Per Month / 2.53 LPA
• Transport - Two way cabs

Core Responsibilities

1. Claims Administration & Processing
   
• Review, process, and validate administrative health claims and documentation in accordance with client guidelines.
• Manage and audit incoming data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Customer & Administrative Support
   
• Respond to routine queries and administrative support tasks associated with health and insurance operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping in internal tracking systems.
3. Process Compliance & Execution
   
• Adhere strictly to service-level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, and quality standards established by Accenture/Trigent.
• Coordinate across internal team members and recruiters to ensure timely workflow progression.
