Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship in Mumbai. The role will provide hands-on exposure to HR projects, employee engagement, learning & development, talent initiatives and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing HR projects and people initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement, L&D and talent management activities.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations and trackers.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and basic data analysis.
• Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders for project deliverables.
• Support employee communication and engagement activities.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM specializing in Human Resources.
• Fresher / final-year student available for 6 months.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, research and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
