Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• 0-2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment preferred but not mandatory.
