Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Hindi and Kannada languages.
• Handle customer queries related to banking products and services with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets set by the team leader or manager.

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in Hindi and Kannada languages (written & spoken).
• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center industry.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.
