Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
• Meet sales targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or through digital channels.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
