Fresher - Voice Apprentice

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and call quality.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates can apply ( 2024 onwards graduate required)
• Looking for freshers only.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
