Position: US Staffing – Recruiter / Business Development Executive
Location: Trichy – Onsite
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience: Freshers – 0 to 1 Year
Qualification: Any UG / PG Degree

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our US Staffing team. The selected candidates will work in either Recruitment or Business Development, supporting US-based staffing operations.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Comfortable communicating over phone and email.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Good internet research and LinkedIn skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn US Staffing.
• Willingness to work in US Shift / Night Shift.

• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, BDE, or US staffing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
