Shift Time: 6.30 pm-3.30 AM

Job Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: WFO, Self travel.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as Dice, ATS, C2C, VMS, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for each role.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using tools like Dice, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), C2C (Contingent Workforce Management System) & VMS (Vendor Management System).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
