Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, salary negotiation and interview coordination.
• Hire for technical and non-technical positions across all business verticals
• Coordinate with Business Heads, Project Heads, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Source quality profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri etc as per shared Job Descriptions.
• Maintain MIS reports.
• Coordinate for Campus/ Walk-in Recruitments.
• Reference Cheks/Background Verification of Selected Candidates
