Fresher - SAP HCM

Role & responsibilities

1. Work on SAP HCM modules under expert guidance.
2. Assist in configuration, testing, and support of HR processes in SAP.
3. Work closely with HR teams to understand business processes and optimize them using SAP solutions.
4. Help with documentation, user training, and system troubleshooting.
5. Stay updated on SAP HCM enhancements and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Basic understanding of HR processes like recruitment, payroll, performance management, etc.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Good communication skills and ability to work with HR teams.
