Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in Lucknow. The individual in this position will support software development and technology projects by assisting with basic coding tasks, testing features, documenting processes, and participating in team meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities may include learning and using development tools, helping troubleshoot issues, and collaborating with senior team members to implement project requirements. The role also involves continuous learning, following internal guidelines, and contributing to a positive, knowledge-sharing work environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of software development concepts (e.g., programming fundamentals, databases, or web technologies) and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities to understand technical requirements and support project tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and document work clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or academic projects are an advantage.
