Fresher HR Intern

Location: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO) per month, with remaining working days as Work From Home (WFH), subject to business and team requirements.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Unpaid Internship

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and various HR processes in a professional work environment.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
• Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and employee records.
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring and HR-related activities.
• Perform administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
