Job Role

Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information and interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, SLA, and customer service targets.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in US/UK rotational shifts.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates who are comfortable working from office can apply.

Salary

Freshers: 21,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
Experienced: 26,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
