Job Role Customer Support Executive

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately update customer details and interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in US/UK rotational shifts.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

Salary

Freshers: 21,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
Experienced: 26,000/month + Attractive Incentives + Other Benefits
