Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will assist in creating visual assets for branding, social media campaigns, marketing materials, and presentations under guidance from senior designers. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, executing layouts, selecting typography, and preparing files for digital and print use. The role involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, incorporating feedback, and ensuring design consistency across client projects. The designer will also support in brainstorming sessions, refining logo ideas, and maintaining an organized library of design assets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of unique brand identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, readable, and aesthetically consistent text in designs.
• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are essential.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship projects that demonstrate design skills and creativity is highly advantageous.
