Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented graduates to join our Business Development team.

Eligible Qualifications

• BE / BTech – Mechanical Engineering
• BSc / MSc – All relevant specialisations
• BCom
• MBA – Freshers welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Research companies, industries, and prospective customers.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and maintaining client databases.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Schedule client meetings and support business presentations.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients and update CRM or sales tracking records.
• Support the team in achieving business development targets.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
• Learn sales strategies, business communication, negotiation, and client management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate candidates from the eligible qualifications listed above.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet research.
• Willingness to learn sales, lead generation, and client handling.
• Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable communicating with people.
• Candidates interested in building a long-term career in Business Development are preferred.
