Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions.
• Process Optimization: Analyze systems, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate technical reports, project documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Continuous Learning: Participate actively in technical training sessions and workshops provided by the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for cross-border and client collaboration.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and numerical aptitude.
• Tools (Preferred but not mandatory): Basic familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or basic programming tools) is a plus.
• Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
