Bank Facilities Management

• Manage working capital facilities (CC, OD, WCDL, TL, ECB, BG) including drawdowns, repayments, and renewals.
• Prepare and submit documentation such as CMA data, stock statements, QIS, FFR, and ensure covenant compliance with ratios and timelines.
• Liaise with Corporate Affairs for ROC filings, charge creation, and proper execution of loan documents.

Daily Treasury Operations

• Monitor daily cash and bank positions across all accounts; prepare daily fund position reports.
• Coordinate with banks and finance teams to ensure timely repayment of loans and availability of funds on due dates.
• Support accounts team in timely bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with banks.

Banking Relationships & Compliance

• Act as Single Point of Contact for bank queries, interest rate movements, and operational issues with relationship managers.
• Submit monthly/quarterly MIS reports and provide audit support for statutory, internal, and bank audits.
• Maintain records, utilization trackers, and ensure system updates in the Server of Financial Information.
