Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of electronic components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation of production procedures, including process flowcharts and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or product defects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (Production Engineering).
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Computers).
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
