Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, empathetic, and professional.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent English language skills (spoken & written).
• Good communication skills in English for effective interaction with customers.
• 0-1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or similar industry.
