• Perform real-time operations by analyzing, validating, and preparing operational data based on defined business rules and regulatory requirements. Generate and submit reports to stakeholders within the required timelines.

• Monitor day-to-day operational performance to ensure smooth execution of processes. Track data availability, accuracy, and system health, and take timely action to resolve operational issues.

• Identify data-related issues through the ticketing system, investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and escalate critical issues to the respective stakeholders for timely resolution.

• Manage ticket-based operations by tracking open issues, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring timely closure while maintaining operational service levels.

• Ensure the accuracy of reported data by validating inputs, monitoring exceptions, and following up with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.
