Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone calls.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality assurance purposes.

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in English language (spoken) with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
• Fresh graduate or recent college passout preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent voice quality with good pronunciation.
