Fresher Graduate For Sales process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers via outbound calls to promote and sell credit card and loan products. 
•  Clearly pitch the product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers. 
• Your primary responsibility is to proactively understand and address customer needs by managing a high volume of outbound calls, averaging between 200 to 300 calls per day 
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages to meet the diverse customer segments. 
• Meet and exceed daily sales targets consistently. 
• Accurately fill out application forms based on customer-provided information during calls. 
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of the on-boarding process 
• Maintain a neutral and professional tone throughout the conversation to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
  

Job Requirements :

• Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable. 
• Excellent sales and convincing abilities. 
• Multilingual communication capability is a plus. 
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally

• Compensation s Benefits: 
• Initial Salary: 18,000 per month (Consolidated pay) + Incentives After 3 Months (Performance-Based): 19,500 per month (Consolidated pay) 
• After 12 Months (Performance-Based): 2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Promotion 
•  Shift Timings & Work Schedules:  Initial: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (inclusive of breaks), 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off 
• Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (inclusive of breaks), 5 days a week with 2 rotational weekly off
