Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction

Shift Timing:

• Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary: 15,500 + Incentive
