Fresher Dispatch Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Dispatch Coordinator / Intern in Hyderabad. Freshers with strong communication skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and good coordination abilities are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for dispatch-related activities.
• Manage emails, delivery updates, and dispatch communications using Microsoft Outlook.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Track dispatch status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination of dispatch operations.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and email management.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: B.Sc., BCA, B.Com., or BBA.
• B.Sc. (IT) candidates will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
