Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product testing and validation activities in Lab for EV Components such as Battery Pack, Motor, Controller, etc.
• Set up and operate testing equipment and instruments.
• Record and maintain test data, observations, and reports.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting and failure analysis.
• Ensure adherence to testing procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain lab equipment, fixtures, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good analytical, learning, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on laboratory environment.
