Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and software development.

The selected candidate will work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Perform software testing to ensure application quality, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for improving systems and processes.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals and problem-solving concepts.
• Basic knowledge of software development and testing processes.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility

• 01 year of experience in software development.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates should be willing to work from the Gurgaon office.
