Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of quality assurance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or telesales.
• Strong communication skills for effective cold calling and telephone conversations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MBA Marketing principles for understanding business concepts.
