Responsibilities

• Act as the Project Coordinator for international client projects, understanding requirements and translating them into clear tasks and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on client needs and business priorities.
• Work closely with clients, developers, and data analysis teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate and participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, manage priorities, and follow up on tasks, timelines, and blockers.
• Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are met.
• Review and validate new products, features, and enhancements before delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, team efficiency, and overall project delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination/support 
• Minimum B2 Level - French Language expertise
•  English proficiency
• Interpersonal skills
• Adaptability
• Proactivity.
