French Speaker C1

We are looking for highly proficient French-speaking professionals (C1 Certified) with experience in international voice support. The candidate will handle customer interactions in French, provide excellent customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in French via voice support.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

• French Language Certification – C1 Level (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working from office (5 days a week).
• Immediate to short notice joiners preferred.
