French Language Professionals

Role & responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively in French and English, as required for the role.
• Handle customer or business-related queries professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of queries.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to established processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Graduation is mandatory.
• For B2 level, 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and for C1 level, 2-5 years of relevant experience with the relevant certifications would be required.
• Freshers are not eligible.
• Candidates must possess the required French proficiency level (B2 or C1).
• B2 or C1 certification is mandatory for the role.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates must be flexible with shifts.
• Flexibility to work according to business requirements is essential.
