Job Summary

NIIT is hiring a French Language Expert to support global training and learning operations. The ideal candidate should have strong French language skills along with experience in training coordination, LMS operations, stakeholder management, and learner support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training coordination including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and execution.
• Support multilingual training programs across global regions.
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle learner communication, queries, and escalations.
• Manage LMS activities including course setup, learner enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and learner experience.
• Support multiple training programs simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in French language written and verbal.
• Experience in Training Coordination / Learning Operations / L&D Operations.
• Experience working with LMS platforms.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and international teams.
