French Analyst

As a Senior Analyst, your core responsibility will be processing the inputs received from member/participant, client or carrier to ensure that the client database is up to date and member/participant has correct information. In this role, you will report to the Assistant/Team Manager and will have the following additional responsibilities.

- Must have French Language Certified B1 or B2.

Responsibilities-

1-Processing and Quality checking.

2 -Process reporting and training.

3- Queue Allocation & Management.

4 -Update SOPs and other process documents.

5- Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.

6 -Process improvement. o

7- Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.

Succeeding as a Senior Analyst - Operations, will require the following core qualifications and skills

1 - 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.

2 -Knowledge of Defined Benefits or Health domain.

3 - Written and verbal proficiency in Basic French is a must.

4 -Good analytical and communication skills.

5 -Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word).

6- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.

7 -Ability to multitask.

8 - Should be able to work on reporting and generating dashboards.
