Freight Pricing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Freight Pricing & Quotation Management

• Prepare accurate & competitive freight quotations foe ocean (FCL/LCL Import & Export) & Air shipments
• Handle RFQs freon Sales team, overseas agents, & customers
• Ensure pricing aligns with company profitability & market standards

Carriers & Vendor Management

• Coordinate & negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, consolidators, & transporters
• Build & maintain strong relationships with vendors & services providers
• Ensure best commercial terms & service commitments

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, & overseas agents
• Ensure smooth execution as per quoted rates
• Maintain proper coordination for shipment handling

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Executive with strong knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight (Import & Export). The candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive quotations , negotiating with carriers, & supporting business growth through effective pricing strategies
