Job Description

Talent Hire is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager for a leading organization in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Air & Sea Import/Export shipments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.

- Handle sales and marketing activities for freight forwarding services.

- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, CHA and internal teams.

- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Follow up with clients for business development and customer retention.

- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping industry.

- Good knowledge of Air & Sea Import/Export processes.

- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

- Ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Also preffered from corporate sector
