• 6-10 years of experience in freight forwarding or related field (air & sea).
  
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.
  
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
  
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve operational efficiency gains.
