Import & Export Operations Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Operations professional to manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import & export shipments by Sea, Air & Road.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHA/customs brokers, CFS, transporters & overseas agents.
• Manage shipment booking, documentation, BL/AWB, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and related documents.
• Track shipments and provide timely ETA/ETD & delivery updates.
• Coordinate customs clearance, port/CFS operations, transportation and final delivery.
• Monitor and control demurrage, detention, storage & other operational charges.
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues.
• Maintain shipment records and coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Documentation teams.
