Freight Coordinator

Role Overview As a Freight Brokerage Executive, you will be the single point of contact for our US and Canadian customers. In this all-in-one role, you will bring in new business over the phone, coordinate day-to-day operations for your accounts and manage dispatching with carrier partners, delivering a professional and dependable experience across voice and email. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:Call US and Canadian businesses to introduce our services and generate new customers.--Follow up on leads by phone and email, share quotes and close business. Negotiate rates confidently and handle customer objections. Maintain an active pipeline and meet weekly and monthly targets.

• Operations & Customer Coordination:Take end-to-end ownership of your customer accounts from booking to completion.--Keep customers informed with timely, accurate updates. Maintain clean records, documents and reports for every order. Identify issues early, resolve them quickly and escalate when needed.

• Dispatch & Carrier Management:Find, speak with and negotiate rates with carrier partners.--Assign and schedule work, then follow up until it is completed on time. Build long-term relationships with reliable carriers. Solve problems in real time while keeping the customer updated.
