Employment Type: Full-Time/Contract/Freelancing -- (Minimum 8-9 hrs/day)

Shift Timing: 4-1 AM or 5 - 2 AM IST

Freelancer : Net payment terms are 30 days in USD $

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Cloud-based application delivery. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects, leading cross-functional teams, handling stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, delivery management, and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end software development and cloud application projects.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and support activities.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Technical & Solution Oversight

• Work closely with technical architects and development teams on:
• .NET technologies
• SQL Server databases
• Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Web and enterprise applications
• Understand application architecture and guide teams on technical delivery.
• Coordinate with DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor development, QA, and support teams.
• Manage team utilization, performance, and productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings, sprint reviews, and performance discussions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and resource planning activities.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and align delivery expectations.
• Conduct project review meetings and steering committee discussions.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Agile & Process Management

• Drive Agile/Scrum project execution methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality standards, and best practices.
• Improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API)
• SQL Server
• Cloud application development and deployment
• Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Project Management Skills

• Strong experience in project planning and execution.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership Skills

• Excellent team management and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent client handling and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare, BFSI, or Enterprise Application projects is a plus.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or cloud modernization projects is an added advantage.
