About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring requirements on a 4-month remote contract. This role is ideal for independent recruiters who are comfortable working on a performance-based model and consistently delivering quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews via phone or video
• Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and interview feedback
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and timelines
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
• Meet defined hiring targets and timelines

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter (freelance, agency, or in-house)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Target-driven mindset with a history of successful closures
• Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and Microsoft Office

Engagement Type: Freelance

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Compensation Model: Performance-Based (Per Successful Hire)
