About the Project We're building an

AI-powered Clinical Trial Chatbot designed to help physicians quickly identify relevant clinical trials for patients based on diagnosis, biomarkers, treatment history, ECOG status, and eligibility criteria. The platform aims to simplify and accelerate trial matching while significantly reducing the manual screening effort for clinicians and clinical coordinators. We're looking for a talented

UI/UX Designer to help shape the next phase of this product by creating intuitive, user-centric experiences for healthcare professionals.

What You'll Be Working On

• Design intuitive user flows and interfaces for our AI-powered Clinical Trial Chatbot.
• Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience for clinicians.
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into simple, efficient product experiences.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Design responsive interfaces and maintain consistency through reusable design systems and components.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web or SaaS products.
• Strong expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical, product-first mindset.
• Street-smart, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Open to feedback, receptive to iterations, and collaborative in approach.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience in healthcare, HealthTech, AI products, or enterprise SaaS is a strong advantage.
• If you don't have healthcare experience, a genuine willingness to learn healthcare workflows and clinical research is essential.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
